East coast trip next year
Heading to Knoxville tomorrow after spending a month in Central KY
Pic of Cincy Street art I took yesterday
Beautiful

I like Knoxville. Of course, I like almost all major college towns. I am heading to Baton Rouge later this year for a football game. That is one college town that I have always wanted to go to but had never made it to.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

Do surplus stores still exist
I loved them back in the day
Saw this at the sign museum

They do, usually within close proximity of Army bases (probably other branches to). Great places to find interesting stuff for cheap.

LOL

How ironic that back when 'Nam was going on a lot of us who opposed the war clad ourselves in navy pea coats and O/D army jackets.

It must have been the drugs...

Don't miss the Oak Ridge Laboratory visitors center and the science museum. I had a friend that worked at Oak Ridge laboratory. The last I heard he was down to a half of one lung. They do some nasty stuff there.

I checked out everything to check out in Oak Ridge
I was a bit disappointed
I even checked out K 25. It was bigger then the Pentagon and all they did there was enrich uranium. One of the biggest industrial structures ever built on the planet. Just a small visitors center now. They tore down K 25. Just a field now.
Even rang the friendship bell.
I heard about an airplane gas station. Made sure to.see that

Visited the Tuskalagee caverns. Largest caverns in TN. They host the most sensitive seismic equipment on the planet in the caverns. If North Korea is testing nukes, they will see it on the display

How's your new trailer holding up?
You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?
