Last I looked DeSantis isn't a judge. The Republican judge presumably followed the law. Unlike our new supreme court judge who didn't and leaked confidential information.

Everybody now has access to the brief. When did she gain access, we will never know. She will currently be studying up coming cases so she can be up to speed when she takes her seat. A complaint of many new judges was the short time to get familiar with the cases. Jackson has the opposite with a very long wait to be confirmed.
