Why? Because it is very narrow and specific in scope.

Texas is suing other states, and they are focused specifically on the Electors Clause in the Constitution.
(It is NOT focused on voter fraud or a rigged election or anything else of that sort.)

Numerous other states are eager to join in as well, and this should be an open and shut case in Trump's favor. 😎

Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Barrett, Alito, Thomas, and Roberts all disagreed!🤣😂😂 They dismissed the suit! Ha Ha!!
