I am under the impression that you either have a law degree or are a lawyer. If I am wrong, please correct me.

Since no one has been charged with "insurrection", why do you still characterize what happened on 1/6 as an insurrection?

If someone is murdered, but no one gets charged for their murder: were they really “murdered?” 🤔

Wow
A softball. Thanks
Its what happened
The definition
A violent uprising against an authority or government.
Looking at the videos that day, its clearly what happened
Need a video for a source?
I'll be happy to provide it but I think everybody has seen the violence that day
I consider it one of the saddest days in the entire history of this country

Quinnipiac – Joe Biden Approval Sinks to 36%,

This is terrible news for the Poopypants Administration because Quinnipiac is about as left-wing as you can get in polling.

"Quinnipiac is an infamously left-wing pollster. So anything Quinnipiac can do to juice a poll in favor of Democrats, Quinnipiac will do."

Beto O'Rourke is running against Gov Abbot of texas on failed infrastructure. Texas (king of energy) let its power grid decline. Remember the winter debacle, multi-thousand dollar power bills.

Works for me. Republican's declaring preventing stuff in advance is boondoggle spending or fake news. Nearly always more expensive to fix stuff after it's broke.

Is Abbott, solely to blame? Hardly, but he's the one in charge. Too bad.

What is the fatal flaw in that sentence. Beeto, of course. Maybe if he was running for dog catcher he might have a chance. Nah....

You have it ass-backwards.

If no murder occurred, can someone be charged with murder?

You are correct, I have a law degree and have practiced law for forty years.

I use the term "insurrection" in characterizing the events of Jan. 6th because it is the most apt description.

What would you call it, a panty raid?

I think its funny that Trumpers can't throw the lawbreakers responsible for the Jan 6 insurrection under the bus
Pretty weird
Somebody breaks the law, I say charge the person regardless of politics. flea will want to know lawbreakers politics 1st before deciding if person should be charged

Golly, how anyone could not call what happened on Jan 6 an insurrection is beyond me. It is strange that no prosecutor has had the BALLS to actually charge someone with that crime! I am being serious in asking my left leaning friends…. why not?
