Trump's strikes were in retaliation for a nerve agent attack on Syria civilians. His attack targeted Assad's forces. Biden's attack came after Iran backed militants attacked an Iraqi airbase that we use, killing a United States military contractor. His attack didn't target Assad's forces. It targeted Iran backed militants.

If grown man can't or refuse to acknowledge the difference, why would we expect a first grader to?

Biden used his authority to authorize an attack in our interests without seeking congressional approval. Of course the specific details of who is being attacked for what will be different. So far, this is by far the best action of the Biden presidency.

You implied Psaki was a hypocrite and that the situations are identical. She isn't and they aren't.

President Trump issued an Executive Order barring Americans from investing in Communist Chinese Military Companies. There are currently 44 companies on the list.
