Mistrial was denied, but here is the letter requesting it, for other insight:

I've only read the first couple of pages of that, but this is just all going to be stuff they want preserved for the purposes of appeal. I will say that the defense attorney needs to get better at asking pointed questions as he is allowing the judge...who seems somewhat biased toward the Plaintiff...to sustain Plaintiff's objections simply due to the questions being poorly worded.

One example of that is asking whether Plaintiff brought charges, which Plaintiff cannot actually do, rather than asking if the Plaintiff went to the police to see if they would bring charges.

I assume Defendant's attorney started with the strongest point, which is whether or not Plaintiff ever attempted to get the security footage that would be needed to evidence that Plaintiff and Trump WERE EVEN IN THE SAME PLACE THAT DAY, much less whether or not they had sex.

Anyway, I think the relevant information about the surveillance footage questioning would do well on appeal. I would hope that we're not at the point where juries are findinbg in favor of Plaintiffs based on their words that something happened thirty-odd years ago and absolutely no other supporting evidence that would even put two people in the same place.

Biden's policies are finally coming home to roost. Not only did he throw mountains of money into the supply which is always inflationary but he insisted that inflation was only transitory. This denial of inflation caused everyone from owners taking floating mortgages, bank managers making making poor investment decisions to the Fed waiting way to long before starting to raise rates to make poor decisions. This delay meant that the rates came faster and bigger than would have if the inflation that anyone, with a brain knew was coming, had been acknowledged.

But on the flip side we didn't have any mean tweets. I hope those that lose their homes believe that trade-off is worth it.

Blah blah blah Biden bad.

Yawn.

That is fantastic news. Let's educate and train people in areas that automation can't replace them.

Auto theft is up 26% over last year in NYC. The crooks drive the cars to Bayonne NJ, where they are put in cargo containers and shipped to overseas buyers. Mostly in Africa. Two days ago, Mayor Adams asked people to put Air Tags in their cars, so they can be traced if stolen. All the new cars have built in trackers, and can be easily located via the car maker's app. But the NYPD never tracks them when reported stolen.

The NYPD treats auto theft as a low priority crime. People are calling 911 to report their car was stolen and then tell the NYPD the exact current location of the stolen car. The operator tells them, 'we don't need that information'. The car is never retrieved, and the thieves never arrested.

LOL
Inflation is not just the US
Its worldwide due to the Ukraine war

The fact that the war has contributed to inflation in the US has nothing to do with how poorly Biden has handled it.

Probably not. Especially with liquidity continuing to dry up.

'JPMorgan Chase, Officially the Riskiest Bank in the U.S., Is Allowed by Federal Regulators to Buy First Republic Bank'

Here's the federal data to prove it: Systemic Risk Indicators JPM $4.13 trillion

Good info.

JPM has a bearish H & S formation on a Monthly chart.

It's currently forming the right shoulder.

It hasn't been negatively affected price-wise like the regional banks yet.

The US is in the middle of the pack as far as 2023 inflation rate at 8.05%. About 90 countries lower and the same at a higher rate, hardly a reason to claim it was beyond his control.
