The title of the article is misleading The bill, which was passed by the democrat controled Senate 53-45, prohibits the VA from reporting veterans who are found incapable of managing their own finances to the FBI's national background check database without first getting a judge's consent. The VA can still be report the veteran to the FBI national background check if they are incapable of managing their finances, but only with a Judge's consent. One-third of Americans can't manage their finances. . Not being competent to manage one's finances does not automatically make them a threat to themselves or others. 'That decision, supporters say, should be made by a judge, not the federal government.' |

Was the hardware used a government issued firearm? Is it possible that all of our wars and proxy wars are responsible for veterans having mental issues? Is it possible to train a killer using a firearm and then not be responsible for the person's actions later? |
