I don't like it when lefties tell lies; and yes some of them do sometimes lie.
I believe there is much less lying than among righties but I don't have stats to prove that.
I believe Trump signaled to all righties that lying is a wonderful strategy with his Big Lie that the election was stolen from him.
As far as I know no Pres. candidate who lost has ever before claimed something like that.
There are a great many righties who now believe or at least state that they believe that any fact coming from the U.S. Government during a Democratic Administration is a lie.
That the entire U.S. Government is corrupt with lies.
I don't recall any lefties saying that every fact that came out of the Trump Administration was a lie.

.

“Any” fact a lie? No.

Entire government corrupt with lies? Yes.

Fox News statement after settlement:

"We acknowledge the Court's rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false."

Statement of Dominion CEO:

"Fox has admitted to telling lies about Dominion that caused enormous damage to my company, our employees and the customers we serve."

Fox News still faces a $2.7 billion lawsuit filed by Smartmatic; another producer of voting machines.

Interestingly, if you look both at violent crime rates and property crime rates, per capita, the majority of the Top Ten cities, in each case, are in red states.

Specifically, democrat run cities in red states. '27 of Top 30 Crime-Ridden Cities Run by Democrats'

Let's look at it by entire states:

https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/pressroom/sosmap/firearm_mortality/firearm.htm

1. Mississippi
2. Louisiana
3. New Mexico
4. Alabama
5. Wyoming
6. Alaska
7. Montana
8. Arkansas
9. Missouri
10. Tennessee

Isn't New Mexico the only one amongst these states that Biden won? Also, Mississippi has a higher gun death rate, AS A STATE, than does the city of Chicago. Louisiana is basically tied with Chicago.

Most gun deaths are suicides. That CDC list include suicides. Wyoming for example, has a gun suicide rate of about 21 per 100K, but about 4 per 100K firearm homicide deaths.

I looks like a dangerous place to live with 26 deaths per 100K by firearms, but it is the third lowest state for deaths by homicide.

The CDC gun violence list includes the top four highest suicide rate states, Wyoming, New Mexico, Montana and Alaska.

The list for firearm mortality which includes accidental deaths and suicides, is different than the list for homicide mortality rates.

75% of homicides are by firearms

States with highest homicide rates:

Wyoming, Alaska and Montana, numbers 5,6 and 7 on the rate of mortality list, are not in the top ten on the homicide rate list.

Mississippi
Lousiana
Alabama
New Mexico
South Carolina
Missouri
Illinois
Tennessee
Maryland
Arkansas

States with Lowest homicide rates:

New Hampshire
Vermont
Wyoming
Maine
Idaho
Massashusetts
Hawaii
Utah
Iowa
North Dakota

Seriously. If you want to kill someone, buy a gun in a red state and take them to Manhattan. Then blow their brains out in the middle of Times Square on camera. DA Bragg will either drop the case entirely, or let you plea down to Manslaughter 1, for a 12 year sentence - max.

This is Madeline Brame. Her son was murdered and her husband stabbed twelve times, on camera. Bragg dropped the charges against two of the killers, despite the camera evidence, and gave a sweetheart deal to the other two.

This poor kid was hunted down and killed by a gang in a pre-meditated murder. Despite witness and camera evidence, Bragg gave the eight killers a deal for sentences ranging from 4-12 years.

Soros backed Bragg, who promised to be soft on criminals, won election with 83% of the vote. If the election was held today, he would win with 83% of the vote.

What we should be asking is what on earth the CDC is doing even looking at guns? Guns are neither a disease or health.

Certain peeps here wonder why some of us do not trust government, here is just another example.

The post about crime in Democratic cities assumes that all the blame for crime there falls on the Democratic Mayor of the city

That none of the blame should be placed on the Republican leadership of the State.

Totally false.

from the article:

"States have the power to decide what localities can or can't do. State lawmakers have blocked city action on a range of issues.
In the United States all power originates from the States"

False? Then why is crime higher in that city than the other places in the state? Does the governor run the local police force? Does the governor run the local schools? Why is the Democrat run city so often worse then the GOP suburbs that surround it?

Face facts, these Democrat run cities are showing the results of Democrats in charge.

Crime is higher in every city than in less congested rural and suburban areas of the States including Republican run cities.

You're trying to indicate than only the Mayors are at fault.

That the Republican leadership of the State is blameless.

That is false.

Again, then, why are the most Democrat run localities in such bad shape?

You are just upset that some of us see the results of Democrats in uncontested power. It is total disaster.

Heck, Democrat run schools in Washington, DC are so bad that Democrat Presidents will not send their kids there.
