Trump could conceivably do 4 of them in his first 4 years. This is a far bigger legacy than anything else he'll do. This could have been Hillary you know. I can't imagine what a horror that would have been. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

This makes 2. Ginsberg looks like she already died but nobody bothered to tell her. I can see Thomas retiring perhaps next year. You are right that this is huge. Look for Hillary to mention how huge when she runs in 2020. The President is a fink. |

And SCOTUS just killed the unions dead today. Napolitano says this is a crippling blow to the Dems, they've had the union vote for 75 years.
