It's not that as much as, he can't
look at it. You hear Rush talk

He can't name the crime, there isn't one.

show me the statute in the law that was
violated. He's read the campaign laws
and can't find it. Here's the guy who's
classes at Harvard were filled years in
advance, because you want that on your
law resume that you were taught by
Dershowitz at Harvard. His name means
that much in the world of law.

He only had one job, law professor at
Harvard. Since 1964. He graduated
from Harvard and went to work there.
He hates Trump, but he's never going to
let his hatred compromise his ethics.

I see Dershowitz on msnbc all the time. He makes a fool of himself bending over backwards to defend Donald. He’s a joke. Nobody takes him seriously anymore.

Just today he said if Donald were to pardon Michael Cohen and Cohen didn’t want to accept it, it wouldn’t matter because it’s a Presidential act and he’d still be pardoned.

Misprisionment of felony is still a crime just as is detaining a carrier pigeon belonging to the US Army. The crimes are still on the books.
