So does that mean that there was never actually a conviction? All I kept reading here from the anti-Trumpers was that the case was over. Done. He was convicted after taking a plea? Are you saying a judge never signed off on the plea deal??????????????? |

Bill Barr didn't want Donny to get his hands dirty by pardoning Flynn in an election year. He is truly the most corrupt AG in history. Hopefully the next Dem administration will investigate him THOROUGHLY. Did the same thing when it was clear Donny was leaning towards pardoning Roger Stone, had them change Stone's sentencing recommendations at the last second. “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

All I can tell you is...that is what I saw reported. Early reporting is often incorrect or incomplete and this is a breaking story... |

There was never a sentencing as I am sure you know. It has been delayed for years due to various antics..... Which appears to have paid off.... https://www.justice.gov/file/1015121/download |

Roger has another week or so before he's supposed to start a 3 year sentence. Wonder what will happen? "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

It was dropped because there was never a real crime. Flynn was badgered and cornered into saying he lied. He was set up from the git go, he was the 'insurance policy' Struck and Page talked about. This is hardly 'going away'. Flynn can still sue, he lost all his money, his reputation and his good name. And heads will roll at the top levels of the Obama regime. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

You’ve been saying this for years. They’d better get a move on! They might be out of a job in a few months... “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

I cannot describe what a monumental, big deal it is for the Department of Justice to drop a case. It so rarely happens. They got a guilty plea and they still dropped it? You have no idea even now how big this is. It’s funny watching CNN on the Flynn story. They can’t believe it. Their reporter, “He pleaded guilty! He pleaded guilty, he said he did it! Why are they dropping the charges, he pleaded guilty? We must always remember that Flynn pleaded guilty, he did it!” He pleaded guilty after Robert J Mueller promised to bankrupt him, to bankrupt his son, to take everything away from him, including his home, and to not stop until he had made sure that Flynn could never recover from it. He pled guilty to stop the carnage. He pled guilty to protect his son. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
