Boohoo. Nothing changes the fact that Flynn chose to lie to the FBI which he knew was wrong. Being as he was a national security advisor, misleading the president and Vice President about his meeting with the Russians. He needed to be fired. Why he wasn't tortured by the Taliban to lie was he? Some people actually survive a couple torture sessions before breaking. Sob sob sob. Crocodile tears is all he deserves. You should write to the judge and tell them you know more than he does or the prosecutor that dropped out does. I'm sure they'll reinstate the case. LOL If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

The Judge has not signed the motion yet..... The DOJ Prosecutor made a motion to dismiss, it has to be signed.... It probably will be. But, this was not the judge.... |

And, if the Judge refuses to sign it - then what? The Judge cannot force the DOJ to prosecute someone. |

He knows how to use the law to get what he wants, and if necessary skirt the edges. He's been pretty smart about it, as far as I can tell. Correct. Even if there was something nefarious about that meeting, still doesn’t hold a candle to all the corrupt stuff Bill Barr has done. Hell, he’s basically all but admitting he’s a James Bond villain who doesn’t care what the good guys think about him tonight.

The Government is not persuaded that the January 24, 2017 interview was conducted with a legitimate investigative basis and therefore does not believe Mr.Flynn’s statements were material even if untrue. In other words, we believe the FBI conducted an illegitimate investigation of Flynn and nothing they found is worth anything in a court of law. They tried to coerce and railroad Flynn. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Wow. Rather than talking about something that could actually be incorrect or corrupt, you address something that is already known to basically the whole world--history is written by the winners! That is a statement of fact. We don't spend a lot of time reading history written by losers...the ones that get paid attention to are the ones written by winners. Do you see anything at all that anyone involved in this whole thing from the Democrat Party, the FBI, the DOJ, etc. (in other words, the people on your side) did wrong? |
