I go back and watch this periodically because the guy in this video is not the guy who's president and it's absolutely fascinating. Watch this video carefully listen to Joe Biden talking and look how he's acting, then look at the guy who's in the White House. They are not the same person, not even close. I don't know who that is in the white house but it ain't Joe Biden. It's frightening. This is 3 years before the 2020 election and look how far gone he was by 2020. He's totally gone now, even everybody on the left is seeing it. You can't not see it.
