Judge in Florida decides tomorrow when to schedule document trial. Trump lawyers are doing to their best to have it delayed after the 2024 election.

There's some dumb argument that if Trump actually did shoot someone on 5th ave, we'd have to delay as long as he's a front runner for President.

Nothing to do with Trump….. but it is plain ridiculous to be charged with a crime and then not have the trial for 10 months. Or is it Trump asking for that much time or is it just the system takes that long?

DOJ wanted this December. He wanted it to be after the 2024 election.

The judge split the difference.
