If Donny loses the bid for prez, or gets it and loses, how much you wanna bet he flees into exile, to a country without an extradition treaty with the USA? |

I would take that bet. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

I think that in every trial he faces, there will be at least one Trump lover who can hang the jury the Prosecutors can examine and eliminate jurors during voir dire but a sneaky Trump lover can easily conceal his true intentions and his Trump loving bias and that will be a disaster for the Prosecution . the foolish sayings of a rich man pass for words of wisdom by the fools around him |

I personally know dozens of people that would vote Trump guilty without even listening to any evidence presented. I’m sure those people outnumber ‘Trump lovers’ by 2 -1 at least. Prosecutors should only charge citizens with crimes if they have enough evidence to convince a jury of the defendant’s peers that he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Sounds like you do not believe the prosecutors can meet that burden? Were you in favor of the dog and pony show (impeachments) which had no chance in the real world of resulting in a conviction? |

first - you're underestimating Trump's popularity - Biden only got about 5% more of the popular vote in 2020 second - even if what you are saying is true - it only takes 1 to hang a jury and that would be a disaster for the Prosecution - sometimes Prosecutors elect not to go to a 2nd trial when that happens . the foolish sayings of a rich man pass for words of wisdom by the fools around him |
