Anyway, Democrat run NYS/NYC is and has been a cesspool since Bloomberg left office.

The last time I was in New York City was in 1998 and it was a cesspool then. As soon as you get out of your car you're hit with a huge stink that you can't quite put your finger on. It's exhaust and Diesel and royying garbage and it makes you gag. If you live there you get used to it put to an outsider it's like a third world country. Yet people live there on purpose and pay huge rent. I don't get it, I can't stand visiting there living there would be a nightmare. And if you ask them why they say stupid things like, I can get a corned beef sandwich across the street from where I live and two doors down from that is pizza till 3:00 a.m.. Seriously? What are you a teenager? Grow up.

I'd begin with the cover up of Joe's basement campaign senility.

I thought it was fishy to run a campaign from the basement.

Like, before the previous election voting, was it fraud to present sanity of a candidate when insanity was present?

If so, whom knowingly was responsible and/or a contributor?

In another ‘you can’t make this up’ story….. We all have been watching House Republicans struggle to get anything done, with their razor thin majority…. They need every vote sometimes…. Kay Granger could at least be counted on…. But last voted in JULY! When a reporter wanted to question her, Granger was located at a MEMORY CARE facility. Hasn’t resigned. Still getting that fat Congressional paycheck (not that she is aware of such). Republicans have for years been throwing darts at the Democrats who have hidden Biden’s decline, but no one who worked with her could tell she was demented? Really?

Her colleagues were in a tough spot. There is almost no way under the Constitution to remove a sitting Federal legislator except by a 2/3 vote. They also needed her seat to keep the majority. Maybe they decided to not mention anything since she wasn't running for reelection? But I agree the proper thing would have been for her to resign "for health reasons" or at least announce she will not be participating in any more Congressional functions for the duration of her term. That being said, totally bizarre for her to be admitted to a facility while still sitting in Congress and nobody knowing! If Aaron Sorkin wrote this in a script we'd think he was still on cocaine.

Being in Congress or in the Senate is the ultimate job. Once in there is no requirement to even show up and do any work whatsoever and you still get paid!

Maybe we do need term limits for Congress-no more than 24 years in the House and no more than 24 years in the Senate and no more than 30 years combined in both houses?

So Trump says we should take over Canada, Greenland and now the Panama canal?

Rumor has it he wants to make Russia the 51st state.

I’d go lower. 12 House, then 12 Senate. Butttt…. the ‘People’ can impose a term limit by voting in a replacement, which ‘We’ tend not to do! Then ‘We’ complain about it!

China is practically running the Panama Canal now so something has to be done. A typical liberal waits till it's too late, Trump doesn't do that.

That is about what I would choose. I’d also prohibit running for any other office while you are a member.

I want people in office with the wisdom that comes from the experience of being in office, which is why I set my limits higher. But that's just me.

Let more people get the wisdom. People staying longer become part of the swamp. It’s why he army has up or out. In the Wired’s of Chuck Noll let them get on with their life’s work.
