I think they give her Shumer’s Senator spot first. Then she can run for President after that. |

I think only one person has made POTUS directly from the House so you are correct in that she needs more grooming. However, I do not think that she has the pull in the party to get a Senate seat handed to her like Hillary did. Hillary took lots of juice to first get the nomination on the Democrat side then somehow to get the GOP to pull Rudy and put in that jobber Lazio. FWIW for putting Hillary over Lazio later got a consultant job at JPMChase which as we know is run by Democrat-leaning Jamie Dimon. Anyone think all that "just happened?" War is peace. Early Presidents were rich landowners, many with slaves that worked their plantations. And more than one died in debt, if not poverty. Many early Presidents were political leaders before running for election so they worked their way up. Look at the current day. The most effective legislator, the ones who appear to get their legislation passed are the ones who don't seek the limelight aren't bomb throwers and put in yeoman's work to get bills passed. That comes with experience and building relationships. |

I'm sure Elon gets a kick out of it because it shows his influence, and I'm sure Trump gets a kick out of it too because he's temporarily out of their crosshairs. I'd like to see Musk hedge his EV bets with fossil fuels since we know global warming is a scam. Especially since Buffett is accumulating OXY while having an extremely high cash position. He could call the firm PetroX. |

The lefties believe their own lies that Trump is thin skinned and easily offended and they think they can drive a wedge in between him and Musk by calling Musk the president. The thing we have to realize about the lefties is they always believe their own lies. They make something up and say it so often that they forget where it comes from and they think it's the truth. It's really pretty hilarious. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
