Not at all. Just because he enforced here or there does not mean he ignored it the rest of the time.

All you need to do is turn off PMSDNC and watch some actual news and see Border Agents explaining how they were not allowed to enforce things.

DeepSeek's latest app comes just days after Mr. Trump announced a new $500 billion venture with ChatGPT maker OpenAI, Softbank and Oracle, dubbed Stargate, which he touted as ensuring "the future of technology" in the U.S.

Of course they gave in right away. And Trump did the whole thing while he was playing golf. He stopped in between holes and phoned in the threat and by the time he was done playing golf it was resolved. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

He further banned trannys from the military. Mentally ill people are not going to make good soldiers.

The privacy protections inside a home a self-explainatory. A public school, while being owned by the government is not publci property like a park or sidealk or a street. It is usually designated a Nonpublic Forum. A nonpublic forum is a government space that “is not by tradition or designation a forum for public communication.” Spaces in which “the government is acting as a proprietor, managing its internal operations” fall into this category. “Courts have consistently found public property to be a nonpublic forum where the evidence shows…that the property’s purpose is to conduct or facilitate government business, and not to provide a forum for public expression.” As a non-public forum school administrators CAN prevent police entry without a warrant or exigent circumstances.

Schools are nonpublic forum, where there is an expectation of privacy, where the 4th Amendment applies.

The ball is now in Duffy's and SooPoo's court to provide a legal citation stating otherwise.

Maybe by then the trans-fascination people like you have will have passed to something else.

Need to put "how many genders are there" on ASVAB and if you say other than "2" you fail and cannot enlist for being too stupid.
