And that's not what happened here. There was no legal reason the USSS could enter that building without a warrant or permission. If the USSS had exigent circumstances, they would've entered that school despite what the administrators did or said. But they didn't, so they stayed outside. Just like they should. Just like the 4th Amendment says they must. Just like Federal courts says they must.

A home is private property, expectation of privacy. A school is public property, zero to minimal expectation of privacy.

How about you explain to us that a school and a home are the same? As opposed to asking someone else to prove they are different? I can usually at least tell where you are coming from in your arguments, but this one I have no clue!

I think we are all missing the main point…. That Democrats and Democrat run cities/states want to hinder the lawful work of identifying people here illegally, and deporting those here illegally. Will you at least agree that’s what the Democrat Party espouses? And the Republican Party is th opposite, in that it wants illegals identified and deported?

Biden left the border wide open. He put in a DEI hire who giggled about not doing anything about it. He tried to sell off the parts to build the wall on the cheap to slow Trump from starting it up again. Your defense of him is a total joke. Same joke the lawfare charges against Trump are.

Trump has been in a week and you are having a hissy fit a day over him being effective. At this rate you will be in the funny farm by summer.
