Gandler does believe the agent decided to shoot him, and all reports from both side indicate this. Unless you are now contending that he accidentally discharged 11-13 rounds into him? So, yes he did decide to do this, the issue at hand was whether the decision was both rational and ethical. I would say the answer is empirically no on both fronts. |

As for the subject of gallows humor: it occurs to me that Minneapolis has had some "Pretti Good" shootings recently. |
