Anarchists are the extreme of libertarians. But, no actual libertarian would support a stricter border of any kind, and Federal cops raiding private houses and rounding people up. They certainly would not want to expand to new land against the wishes of the people who live there.

It is far more likely that a rich white guy who grew up in a privileged position in apartheid South Africa is a Nazi sympathizer over two black people. Though, I actually do not think he is a Nazi, I think he knew what he was doing and did it as a troll.
