It is certainly possible that Biden knew beforehand and didn't tell anyone. But, it's more likely nobody looked for it because the recommendation was not to. To assume he knew and didn't tell anyone, well let's just say extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. And right now there is no evidence he knew beforehand.

He knew beforehand. Any make his age his doctor will totally be on it. For potus beyond be on it.

The oaf should also get an anal probe, but instead of a colonoscopy it should be a red hot poker.

There’s no evidence he didn’t know. Can you produce one shred of evidence he didn’t know? I don’t think either claim, that he didn’t know, or that he did know, is extraordinary. Frankly, I think the chances are close to 50-50.

I do believe the recommendations for PSA testing will change after this news, to include many men in their 70’s.

And the President gets a different level of care than the common Joe. I’ve relayed this story here before. When Obama made a stop in Buffalo I was running the OR assignments that day. I was instructed to keep a specific OR and team open and immediately available while he was in Buffalo. When Geno’s in Buffalo we make no such special provisions.

Well, that Biden friendly news outlet that is Fox News Digital says there was no sign of prostate cancer while he was Pez. To wit: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bidens-presidential-health-reports-showed-no-sign-recently-revealed-aggressive-cancer

Is that evidence enough for you?

Back to you: I dare you to prove, as a matter of objective truth, that Biden knew he had prostate cancer at any time during his Presidency.

I doubt the recommendations will change based on this one case. Sample sizes of one aren't of much value.

As for my level of care whenver I'm in Buffalo, I can't comment on. I've, never to my knowledge, ever been to Buffalo.

Given the recent comment from Biden's aides / insiders re: his competency toward the end I have to assume one or more of them with actual knowledge of the issue will come forward.

Then again, if he and his wife told no body then no.

70s? Anything I heard was men should get tested starting about age 50. I first got tested in my early 40s, but I am high-risk and had to talk the doctor into it. Well, all I did was tell him my family history and when I did his jaw dropped and he told the nurse to get a test set up.

So I say again, there is no way a POTUS is not getting a PSA test annually at the least. A regular physical and a POTUS physical is the difference between getting your Chevy serviced and getting your Ferrari serviced.

I tend to agree. I will be getting yearly PSA’s as a potential marker of metastatic prostate cancer even after I’ve had it removed. Couple percent chance it recurs, and if it does, it will of course be metastatic. But it is just added on to my regular yearly blood work. Not even an extra poke. Probably costs my insurance company $20. Even with the recommendation to ignore it starting at 70, I think the President is just looked at differently than an ‘average’ man.

Men who are 70 and older should not be screened for prostate cancer routinely.
This recommendation applies to men who:

Are at average risk for prostate cancer.
Are at increased risk for prostate cancer.
Do not have symptoms of prostate cancer.
Have never been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Other organizations, like the American Urological Association and the American Cancer Society, may have other recommendations.

The people who believe he didn’t know are the same people who claim Trump said “what a dump” the first time he was in the White House. Same ones who wore masks alone in a car.
