Evidently, the government felt the illegal who was convicted and served time for homicide, assault, resisting an officer, concealing stolen property and two counts of robbery, was trustworthy enough to self deport.

This is a huge case that Ireland and the UK are following closely
Irish man feels he has a case to stay and wants a court hearing
ICE refuses and says he must sign papers to deport
He refuses to sign anything
ICE has given a prison sentence with no end in sight
5 months so far
Can ICE keep in in jail for life????????????????
What's the solution if he won't sign anything
Life in prison where he never had a trial????????
ICE is telling him if he doesn't sign, he will stay in prison
Did ICE give this person a life sentence for not signing anything??????????

ICE claiming he signed
He says it's a forgery and he did not sign
He's under 24 hour video surveillance
He is requesting to see the video of him signing
If ICE did forge his signature
Oh boy
ICE will punish him for revealing the forgery
Looks like a life sentence for embarrassing ICE
ICE determines punishment with no judicial oversight

He served his time. He was released upon completion. I don't feel State Judges should need to consider immigration orders at all in their decision.

Here we see the reason why the right wing HATES due process. Oftentimes, judges rule against the interest of the right wing and uphold rights.

No one is arguing with you! He served his jail time for the multiple felonies he committed. Now he is being deported for being in this country illegally. EXACTLY how it should work. Next case…..

Ok. I’ll change my tune then. I am FOR the release from prison if he was treated like any other felon with regards to his prison sentence. And want him deported ASAP.
