Notice the store pictured in the background…. “Urban Decay”!!!!! Maybe the gentlelady doing the punching was hoping to incapacitate the gentleman being punched so he was unable to board, and, voila!…. there now is an open seat for the standby gentlelady! |

So, you think that national media should be permitted to report on private citizens who have not actually been found guilty of anything and put any spin on it that they want to, or do you not believe that? Simply, they either reported it in a lawful way that preserved his rights as a private citizen, or they did not report it in such a fashion. We have defamation/slander/libel laws for a reason, you know. If he makes money off of it, then he makes money off of it. After all, the very media companies that he would be suing make money off of people being killed every single day. They actually tend to make the MOST money when lots of people are being killed. Actually, they probably made a ton of money on the incident involving him and follow-up coverage...he's probably just effectively getting a commission.
