We're mostly buttoned up and ready to ride it out. Still could just bundle all in the car and go west if it looks too dangerous tomorrow. But it seems unlikely that will be necessary at the moment.

i'm on the west coast of Florida but in a low-lying floodplain/tornado alley area.

pretty much just trusting to luck. There will be no evacuation to a shelter even if we lose power and airconditioning for an extended period of time.

windows are inoperable here anyway

MoW delivery of meals to elderly shut-ins will be suspended briefly so volunteers can protect their homes and be with their families.

no office services or snacks provided.
