So is it your position then that a guy who bragged about shoving cocaine up his nose could run the DNC but not be POTUS? Cocaine worse than drinking, POTUS higher than SCOTUS.

Haven't heard of any problems with that usage, unlike Kavenaugh. Did anyone say they were sexually assaulted or anything else?

Besides cocaine use by itself means nothing. I've had legal cocaine. They use it to numb your nose for surgery. Means nothing as far as ability to do something career wise.

Drinking in HS and college means nothing career-wise. So, what you are saying is it depends on the party of the person if it matters to you?

Correct, Kavenaugh did not use cocaine. No credible claims of sexual assault by Kavenaugh. Are you confused with Bill Clinton? He had credible claims of sexual assault by him, though just rumors of cocaine use.

Except that the voice on the phone line wasn't a real human. It was a computer that was able to perfectly imitate the boss' voice, and not only the voice: the tonality, the punctuation, the German accent. The computer was being used by thieves to steal the $240,000 and the voice was so lifelike that the heist was successful.

The technology can be weaponized, and the implications for democracy are ominous: what happens when a politician is accused of saying something horribly offensive and voters have to figure out which audio clips are real and which are fake?
