Are you claiming the last hundred years of fossil fuel infrastructure was designed for electric vehicles? You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

I am claiming that most electricity comes from fossil fuels. Don't blame me that the average Tesla owner thinks electricity comes from an outlet like magic. The President is a fink. |

Also some private group is working with the native tribes to dam up the little Colorado in a remote part of the state. Should they succeed in removing GC dam, that would require a heck of a lot of windmills to replace the generating capacity of that dam. "With a total capacity of 1,320 megawatts, Glen Canyon Powerplant produces around five billion kilowatt-hours of hydroelectric power annually" The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury. Although getting off coal generation is probably a good thing unless they are state of the art plants the spin put on it is the coal is being replaced by carbon free energy. Almost 50% of their power comes from natural gas. Nuclear is the second largest method. Renewables are about 10% of their production. "but if you make yourselves sheep, the wolves will eat you." (It's up 140% just in the last 4 months!) It's a bubble, and this bubble will eventually pop. Irrational exuberance. |
