If he is social distancing, masking, and avoiding crowded or unsafe venues, that is far more relevant than whether he is moving around. The people living "their lives like there is no pandemic" are the ones likely contributing to the need for lockdown.

Yeah, those BLM sponsored street protests were the worst super spreader events
Thousands in the street, most of them unmasked, yelling at the top of their lungs
Sometimes directly into the face of police officers from 6" away.
But at least those people picked up a few luxury items as part of their events
Those Trump Fans at his rallies took on all that risk of getting infected and didn't even get a pair of Nike's.
I didn't see Herman Cain get a new flat screen TV, did you?

I'm against violent protests. I'm against looting. I'm against yelling at a cop close range. That's common sense. I also believe Black lives matter. It's simply common sense to feel that somebody's life matters.

In my travels I have seen 1 protest. I check out every downtown I visit.
1 protest against a statue in Santa Fe I think. All protestors were masks and were socially distant. That's it for protests and I get out.
I do see maskless Trumpers indoors
I felt very uncomfortable in right leaning Oatman. Too risky to do business in a store.
You are complaining about a tiny fraction, maybe 1k
I am complaining about millions, maybe 30 million against masks and social distancing
