I now have a relative in Indiana who has it.
You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

I've been to several BLM protests in Baltimore, DC, Northern VA, Richmond. Almost all of them wore masks.

As for the looters that JCW09 is referring to, these groups are distinctive from BLM protestors. Most of such looters are criminal opportunists and networks and the rest are random looters. BLM as an organization doesn't condone looting. There's no evidence that some BLM affliated protestors are also looting. Organized looting is done by non-protestors who are criminals using demonstration as a cover.

T'was a month before Christmas, And all through the town,
People wore masks, That covered their frown.
The frown had begun, Way back in the Spring,
When a global pandemic, Changed everything.
They called it corona, But unlike the beer,
It didn’t bring good times, It didn’t bring cheer.
Contagious and deadly, This virus spread fast,
Like a wildfire that starts, When fueled by gas.
Airplanes were grounded, Travel was banned.
Borders were closed, Across air, sea and land.
As the world entered lockdown, To flatten the curve,
The economy halted, And folks lost their verve.
From March to July, We rode the first wave,
People stayed home, They tried to behave.
When summer emerged, The lockdown was lifted.
But away from caution, Many folks drifted.
Now it’s November; And cases are spiking,
Wave two has arrived, Much to our disliking.
Frontline workers, Doctors and nurses,
Try to save people, From riding in hearses.
This virus is awful, This COVID-19.
There isn’t a cure. There is no vaccine.
It’s true that this year; Has had sadness a plenty,
We’ll never forget, The year 2020.
And just ‘round the corner - The holiday season,
But why be merry? Is there even one reason?
To decorate the house. And put up the tree,
When no one will see it, No one but me.
But outside my window, The snow gently falls,
And I think to myself, Let’s deck the halls!
So, I gather the ribbon, The garland and bows,
As I play those old carols, My happiness grows.
Christmas is not cancelled. And neither is hope.
If we lean on each other, I know we can cope

My wife and I always have a pretty sucky Christmas. Have to watch 'It is a wonderful life', 'Miracle on 34th St.", 'A Christmas Carol'. That fits right in.

Agree.... I thought you (AZ) were the author... Copying such a long ditty should include at least something stating it is not your work, and if you know who wrote it, let them have the credit....

I also believe Black lives matter. It's simply common sense to feel that somebody's life matters

And I believe the sky is blue, it's simply common sense
Neither your statement nor mine has any significance
Why would you support an organization that calls for millions of people to gather in the street in the middle of pandemic.
One that you clearly think is significant and should shape our daily behavior.
Masks don't eliminate the risk of gathering in mass with others and unnecessarily spreading the virus
That is common sense, but you see nothing wrong with it.
BLM was formed on the lie that Michael Brown should not have been shot.
Turns out attempting to grab a police officers gun and subsequently charging at him gets you killed.
Two DA's both a Republican and Democrat investigated the facts of the case.
Neither found evidence indicating charges should be filed against the officer
Obama's DOJ issued a 48 page report indicating they found no wrong doing.
Michael Brown was a scumbag petty criminal and his actions caused him to die that day.
Yet here we are years later with an organization that encouraged actions that exacerbated the spread of Covid thru mass protests
And you and others that are supportive of some BS message from BLM defend these actions because some of them wore masks?!?
Over the lies of Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor & Rayshard Brooks
The hypocrisy is quite obvious to anyone with a brain.
You Pelosi, Gov. Newsome, the Mayors of San Jose & Denver can all STFU.
WIth these examples of leadership in front of us, you expect Americans to toe the line on common sense prevention of spread?
Why would they do that? Rules for me but not for thee doesn't work in a free society.
That's a Taiwan concept.
