I love Fark.com Its actually one of my main news sources They dont do any reporting, just post interesting news story links. What they find interesting, I generally find interesting. Maybe they have an axe to grind w/N Dakota I just go through fark and if I come to a story that I say wow to myself, I repost it here I read the N Dakota story and said wow to myself :-) Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

ND, like SD, OK and AZ, has a large Native American population. Covid is hitting them especially hard. Their high obesity rate is one contributing factor. “North Dakota has a highly vulnerable population of Native Americans who are on average reported to be five times more susceptible to mortality than their white counterparts,” ND does not issue race and ethnicity statistics, but most other states do.
