America has never been great. That is just a warped brainwashed perception. No place is great but some places can be better than others. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

He also plans to send sweeping immigration legislation on his first day in office providing a pathway to citizenship for 11 million people in the country illegally. * An order to end the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) that keep migrants in Mexico as their hearings play out. Known as the "Remain-in-Mexico" policy. * A directive to eliminate the Trump "public charge rule," which requires green card-seekers to prove they have sufficient income and health insurance. * A series of criminal justice reform executive orders that will automatically put every federal prisoner convicted of non-violent drug crimes into a pardon and review queue. Another will use the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) to produce a list of prisoners incarcerated at the state-level with only non-violent drug offenses and send those lists to all 50 Governors to assist them in quickly identifying those who may be eligible for clemency. * An order reversing the July 26, 2017 policy from the Trump White House that “[t]he United States Government will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military.” * Direct federal agencies to fully implement the Supreme Court's summer 2020 Bostock decision, which says transgender people are protected under sex discrimination laws. * An order to the Department of Education to review its enforcement policies to "ensure that the rights of LGBTQ students are enforced under Title IX." * A directive to HUD to stop the implementation of a Trump rules change that precludes transgender people from housing anti-discrimination protections. * Direct the HHS Secretary to use the waiver process to encourage states to expand Medicaid, the program that provides heath care coverage to the poor and disabled. * Reverse Trump Health and Human Services Department rules that weakened Obama-era policy requiring employers to offer birth control coverage under the ACA. * Biden will direct his Cabinet agencies to suspend all eligibility waiting periods not established by congress to "take immediate action to deliver economic relief to working families bearing the brunt of this crisis." * A directive to reinstate Obama rules making it easier to go after a community for housing discrimination, setting a "disparate impact" standard instead of intent to discriminate. * An order to revoke the so-called global gag rule, which prohibits federal government funding for foreign organizations that provide or even talk about abortion. * Biden will send a letter to the United Nations indicating that the country will rejoin the global effort to combat climate change, reversing Mr. Trump’s decision to withdraw from the Paris climate accord with more than 174 countries. * Orders establishing an environmental justice advisory council that can coordinate policy across agencies; creating screening tools to better understand environmental disparities across the country; and increasing pollution monitoring in frontline communities. And a directive to agencies to increase efforts to assist poor communities — often situated in proximity to toxic polluting sites and bearing the brunt of climate change consequences. * An order to restore national monuments that Mr. Trump shrank soon after taking office; stop the Trump administration’s expedited reviews of fossil fuel projects such as oil pipelines; and reverse a 2017 order to “encourage energy exploration and production” offshore, including the outer continental shelf. * An order that will restore the rights of government workers to unionize. * An order to ban members of his administration from lobbying the federal government for three years after they leave. * He will issue 125 environmental regulations to reverse executive actions taken by President Trump that weakened environmental agency rules, like protections for endangered species and environmental risk assessments for infrastructure. * Ask the Department of Justice to review recent court cases and the authority granted under the Higher Education Act of 1965 to determine the legality of executive action on student loans without congressional approval. * A directive to the HHS secretary to investigate actions that the department has existing legal authority to use that is aimed at expanding access to health care. * Ask agencies to provide personnel lists of leadership positions that were left open or filled with a political appointee in the last three years and provide long-term plans for restaffing them with career (GS track) staff with sufficient qualifications. * An order to the Housing and Urban Development secretary to loosen grant rules in order to begin a new fight against homelessness and resettle more refugees fleeing war. * An order appointing a “national supply chain commander” and establishing a “pandemic testing board,” similar to Franklin D. Roosevelt’s wartime production panel. * Directives to his cabinet to expand “Buy America” provisions and “support communities of color and other underserved communities” in federal purchasing decisions. * An order to rejoin the World Health Organization. And he doesn't even have the most stressful job in the world yet. Even with Obama pulling most of the strings, Beijing Joe still has to show up for endless meetings, briefings, appointments, every day. Obama can do none of that for him.  Removing stifling Trump regulations to create more jobs, lower living costs, increase corporate profits and expand the economy. This should turn out well. Add 'Cancel the Keystone XL pipeline. Canada was about to direct the pipeline to their west coast to fill Chinese tankers, before Trump overturned Obama's EO that cancelled it. Another selfless act by Biden. We don't need Canadian oil since our economy is imploding. Besides, who needs oil when you have sunshine and windmills? China's economy is growing at a faster rate than before the pandemic. They need the oil. |

And phase out fracking, a major promise of Beijing Joe and Commie Kammie. China owns this country now because they own the Biden Crime Family. Gas prices will go back to the $4-$5 range and will hugely impact the businesses that exploded under Trump. Lyft, Uber, free delivery from Amazon and now Walmart. Shipping costs will go up on everything, increasing the prices of every item in supermarkets, Beijing Biden's main goal is to cancel everything Trump did to give us a booming economy and get us back to the stifling New Normal we had under Obama.
