Pretty lush cactus across that way. But if you want fastest, take the ten. Plenty of places to stop along that route. Come in on top of Phoenix maybe see Montezuma's castle? Or the Hieroglyphic mountains above Wickenburg? If you come across the 10 there is a rv park at https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g31229-d2534378-Reviews-Painted_Rock_Petroglyph_Site-Gila_Bend_Arizona.html that is worth stopping and spending a day. It's not a long drive from Quartzite to Phoenix I tend to stick to the easiest fastest path to the campground when towing and make minimal stops.
