Good question! The "reason" given by gov't was that resources were thin, not enough cops, e.g. No, the REAL reason must be SHAME. A shame that is well deserved. I live in the suburbs and rarely venture downtown any more: thanks BLM, antifa and hordes of homeless, you've really pooped the bed this time. Yeah, Portland is "over." Instead of drawing hordes of starry-eyed "Portlandia" fans, now we attract bums while many of the good citizens and businesses people flee downtown. Talk about going to hell in a hand basket. |
