I think he has inspired me. I now think that I want to die in a Ritz-Carlton. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

Never heard of him which means he's got to be connected to sports. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Nope, a comedian that was also in a few old TV shows. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

He played Danny Tanner on Full House, one of the biggest sitcoms of the 80's and 90's. I can't believe there's one that you don't know that has me scratching my head---kind of a role-reversal. "War is the remedy that our enemies have chosen..let us give them all they want." William T. Sherman |

I mainly associate him with America's Funniest Home Videos. Once I sent into a video tape to that show and they returned it to me, without comment, about five years later. I seem to recall he had a very raunchy version of the Aristocrats joke in the movie by the same name, but maybe there was a certain shock value because I previously had a mental image of him being as a roll model from Full House. I watched almost no TV in the 80s and the only shows I watched in the 90s were Frasier and Seinfeld. Never saw Full House or The Cosby Show or any of that crap the passed for entertainment in those days. Never saw the Golden Girls or Matlock. Watched a lot of TV in the 60s and 70s. Never saw a (gag me with a spoon) Murder She Wrote or Dharma & Greg or Caroline in the city or Alf or Suddenly Susan or any of them. I can name them because I just looked them up If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I never watched much of that show but I do remember a lot of people hated him on it because he had to do commentary off the que cards. It was just bad humor, bad writing. Probably to make sure it was OK for children, but bad. The President is a fink. |

The Jinx was a GREAT documentary series. Very fascinating story. Not sad he is dead. “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |
