A story...my long time legal secretary was a barrel racer from Idaho and an avid horse lover; she gave one of her horses to the Portland police, who at the time had some form of horse patrol. A politician came to town, I can't recall who, but Secret Service traveled with him / her. There is no love lost between the local police and the Secret Service. Now to the good part: while the Secret Service was deployed, her horse just happened to let fly with a dose of road apples onto the hood of a Secret Service vehicle. If horses could drink liquor the local cops would have bought him endless rounds, they were so happy. |

From your constitution "The Constitution gives Congress the authority to impeach and remove the President,1 Vice President, and all federal civil officers for treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."
