Dementia?

Cold and calculated. He has to make news in a time when the news is heavy with all kinds of other stuff.

He isn't wrong...he even helps in the process by leading with calling those who differ with him names instead of calling them out on policy positions or experience.

I'm all for both him and Biden getting dementia evaluations by a truly unbiased team of doctors.
