He took a chance, he wouldn't get caught at it. But he did, and he earned the perjury charge and all scrutiny it brought him. To the first part, it doesn't matter. That's why I'm saying the adults in the Blue Room need to give them a little talking to. Instead, you have institutions of higher miseducation as much as encouraging this sort of thing. I don't blame them for exploring radical ideas; I once identified as a Socialist, but the leaders need to step in and set the tone. They're too afraid of losing one vote on the far wings that they fail to appeal to moderates...who they easily could get. The alternative (for two-party mentality people) is Trump, for God's sake. You can't be more palatable than Trump!? The first Impeachment attempt was unfair. My argument is not that all of this has been unfair; my argument is that it was mostly unnecessary and counterproductive, not to mention a waste of taxpayer funds. It looks to me as if Hunter has been indicted on crimes that any number of people commit with some regularity. He's being targeted and, as far as I know, is not an elected office holder himself. Definitely. There's a lot of black and white there; there was perhaps some white on blue, as well. In any event, lying to Congress is lying to Congress. The Impeachment was fine, but the fact that it was personal infidelity is insufficient, in my opinion, for removal. I think it all happened as it should have. I don't blame the Republicans for that Impeachment because their constituents (especially then) were largely Christians, so you have to make your moral point.
