Works for me. If the GOP weren't such xenophobic racists, those new districts could be Red...

The few racists that may be out in the open are much less of threat overall than those who favor the soft racism of the left. The fact that the State of Maryland has not taken over the school system in Baltimore, Maryland and continues to allow it to provide little or no educational value to the children of the city (mostly minorities) is a crime. Baltimore and Maryland is run by Democrats with the occasional Republican winning the Governor's seat. I blame them, too.

Allowing generations of children to exist rather than helping them excel is a tragedy...

I believe both parties have failed to govern all over the place to the detriment of all (and, a lot of the time, cause poorer citizens more suffering than those who have more means).

I made up the state of the Baltimore school system.
I made up the composition of the population.
I made up the which party which holds most of the power (almost all) in the State of Maryland.
I made it all up just to have you make yet another stupid comment. I hate politicians for the most part. Republicans, Democrats, almost all of them. They all exist to stay in office, not to help anyone. If Trump or Biden had a shred of decency they would both get the hell out of the way and allow someone else to be President.

Yeah, both sides--at the political power level--are a$$e$. You can posit one is worse at various times in history than the other, but if you think one or the other is "all good" and the other "all bad", you are living in a delusional zone.

So what is it, soft racism or just not giving a crap about the children of Baltimore?

Come to true Blue Massachusetts. Our schools are the best in the country, we have plenty of jobs, and the latest GOP Governor wasn't a flaming racist or homophobe.

Most members of the GOP are neither of those things.

Neither are most members of the other party.

Huh?

If you think FL has the best schools (pre-K through 12 grade) in the country you are even less informed than I thought.

But you are Canadian so that could be an excuse.

Wherever the GOP is in power, there is a rash of anti-gay and targeted racist legislation.
