Saw a recording of a conservative commentator (Scott Jennings) on CNN saying if they elect a temporary Speaker, he's so close to McCarthy, it will be the biggest circle jerk in the history of circles, or jerks. I don't know any softer socially acceptable benign meaning of that expression which is why it made me lol. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

I understand that parties will have different factions and we have seen both Democrats and Republicans criticize members on their own sides...but this would never have happened to the Democrat Party were they in power. Several folks have taken trips there during the past few weeks. He probably realized the futility of endless votes when no one seems to be budging from their positions and decided to go ahead with the trip. Lots of people go on this kind of trips. I wonder what they do with the facts when they return... No Speaker from this vote... |
