Hmm, Mooseton, not sure what kind of rock and a hard place you've gotten into where you need the stimulus but don't qualify for it. I guess you could make above the cutoff then have some massive medical spending. If your wife has acquired a disability she may qualify for early medicare even if she doesn't meet the age requirement. Or she becomes your medical dependent.

But I've no expertise in that area, just guessing what might be available.
