I totally agree with the jugde. You cant outlaw cohabitation. Its an absurd law that need to be struck down. The Govt cant say who you can and cant live with just as the govt cant prevent 2 males from getting married. Good decision. I oppose polygamy (1 person having mutiple marraige liscenses) But if a bunch people want to cohabitate, that can not be outlawed. Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

How so? If marriage defined as one man and one woman is discriminatory so is a ban on polygamy. There is no difference between gay marriage and polygamy really. The President is a fink. |

That is your definition of marriage. That is not my definition of marriage. "How so?" Too be honest, I only hear the results of the multiple court rulings and there have been a lot of them lately. If multiple judges rule that denying gay marriage is unconstitutional, I'm good with it. Study the rulings and please let me know. I'm not a judge but I am thrilled they came to this conclusion.
