Foreign born employed increased 3,550,000.

Which means the foreign born got all of those jobs added since Oct 2019, plus 1,312,000 more.

How is that possible?

Native born lost 1,276,000 jobs since Oct. 2019.

Where are the qualification comparisons? Foreign born may accept a lower salary. Foreign born may accept work and location conditions native born may reject.

that is mostly workers in transition and discouraged workers - who are generally looking for higher level jobs - not the kind of jobs that often go to foreign born workers

anybody who lives near a big city, or is willing to move near to one will have no problem getting a lower level job if they are willing to do that kind of work

if the person is willing to clean bathrooms in a mall, do grunt work at a construction site, stock retail shelves overnight, do grunt work for a furniture mover, work at the lowest level in a nursing home (which involves cleaning the privates of old people - job designation GNA), be a maid or housekeeper, be a cashier, take care of the grocery carts at a large grocery store, unload trucks at a warehouse -

anyone who wants one of these kinds of jobs can get one - at least in or near big cities - Help Wanted signs are all over the place

U.S. born citizens tend not to want these kind of jobs - that explains that data on foreign workers who are willing to take these jobs

It's very simple. It's right there in the St. Louis Fed graphs. Foreign born got all of those jobs added since Oct 2019, plus 1,312,000 more from the native born workers.

that's only because Americans choose not to apply for the type of jobs I listed
that's what explains your data
a great many Americans choose to be unemployed rather than to take very low level jobs
many Americans would rather be unemployed than clean bathrooms or clean old people in a nursing home or mow lawns for a company
because it's hurtful to their pride and dignity

and the current unemployment rate at 4% is low compared to the long term national average which is 5.69%

your data is totally meaningless because you cannot possibly know what % of the unemployed were not willing to pursue low level jobs that were available

if they were not willing to pursue available low level jobs - and I believe a great many fit into that category - then the claim that they were harmed by foreign born workers is ludicrous
