I remember a few deriding Musk for blowing big $$$ on Twitter. Like it mattered. He is now first human to eclipse 400 BILLION. To put that in perspective, if you know someone with a net worth of $4 million, it would take ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND such individuals to equal Musk’s net worth. .

Hmm. A guy stopped someone who showed up with a gun in a Waffle House. The gunman was NAKED and at first, people were LAUGHING, but their LAUGHTER turned into HORROR as he showed a gun and shot four people. The Hero jumped into action and fought and stopped the Gunman. He said something like,"I refused to be just another dead Statistic. I actually was thinking of saving my own life." The Gunman didn't die but was found guilty of injuring the four people. I have a VERY deep feeling that if the Hero had killed the Gunman he would have been acquitted just like Daniel Perry was. 💡🤔

All depends on the circumstances.

If you have someone under control, you have no right to be executioner. Jury believed the chokehold wasn't the cause.

Penny had military training. He knew he was using deadly physical force.

He should have loosened his grip once Neely stopped resisting and was no longer a threat.
