One is elected politicians refusing to do their job. The other is a demonstration that just got out of hand. No reason to compare the two.

CA Governor Newsom threatens Texas. Kind of murky but looks like he is saying CA will redistrict if Texas does.

Who on earth does Newsom think he is? What does CA have to do with TX?

Ok. Not a crime. YET. But Abbott does have the right to have them arrested. And fine them. I’d pay to see handcuffed losers brought in as warm bodies so that a quorum is present.

I can’t believe there are those that believe that running away when there is a vote on an issue that won’t go your way is now considered an accepted practice by Democrat lawmakers. It’s reason #286 why I’m an anti Democrat.

Reason #287 is Newsom saying it’s wrong to gerrymander, but if Texas is doing it, so will I!

Because Trump got involved in pushing Texas to do this. That's why Democrats in all states have an interest. You should ask why he is getting involved state election business.

Because it is not illegal for them to leave the state under these circumstances. If you think otherwise, cite the law.
