If it goes to trial, it will be up to a jury of her peers to decide her guilt or innocence. If you are using the ‘tainted jury pool’ argument, I don’t recall you using it during Trump’s prosecution! Do you want me to find 1,000 posts from you guys saying this or that Congressman is voting because Trump told him to? You have NO EVIDENCE the Congressman didn’t evaluate the pros and cons of a bill, and vote as such. NONE. But Trump so overwhelms you that it’s all you got. I already stated more than once that I am avoiding commenting on the Gaza situation and the Israel/Palestinian problem, out of respect for my close friends on both sides of that issue. I don't think people think they are meaningless, just a lower priority. What percent of deaths in the U.S. come from bullets? I have no idea but would guess it is less than 0.01%.

The phrase ‘mass shooting’ to me is meaningless as applied. When two gangs from inner cities strafe each other it is different from the true ‘mass shooting’ that you want public policy changed because of. Like the Las Vegas one, for example. Wanna bet not a single one of the people involved in this ‘mass shouting’ was a Republican? Or the South Carolina recent bar shooting?

I’d also bet that whatever gun law you want to enact would not have stopped either of those shootings!

You know that in both jurisdictions there were already laws in place against what happened?

It’s easy. You commit a CRIME while using a gun, go to jail for life. You think it’s Republicans who would be against that ?

I would be! One, that is excessive. Two, "using a gun" gets interpreted too broad. Get caught for something minor in your car but there is your hunting rifle there? LIFE! Heck, accidental shooting while hunting? LIFE!

Just make it illegal to shoot people.
