.
Trump is using the incident to create fear among those who oppose his agenda

fear that they will be silenced or worse - he's suggesting they may be indicted or at least somehow targeted frivolously

just today it was reported that they may be going after the tax status of the Soros and Ford Foundation

many Democrats will be slandered in the hope that this will cause fear to speak out against the policies of this Administration

sadly, his plan may work - some may indeed be afraid to voice their opinions

it will take a lot of courage for those who oppose him to continue to speak out

Wow, how do you know this? Do you have some insider information? Earlier today the FBI director said that they are currently investigating more than 20 people.
It's the UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson killing that I wonder about

As usual, there are a million conspiracy theories out there, usually really far-fetched and attempting to suck in somebody they don't like, like Pelosi. I dismiss those easily enough, but according to the Google Bot "Mangione was carrying a homemade "ghost gun" consistent with the weapon used in the shooting at the time of his arrest. He had 3D-printed the weapon himself." That doesn't sound to me like something that gets done without a lot of expert help

If you can't get IKEA furniture together you might not be able to 3d print a gun.

Quote:
How easy has it become for someone to build a deadly, and untraceable weapon? With nothing more than a 3D printer and parts ordered online, WIRED Senior Writer Andy Greenberg remade the exact same gun allegedly used in one of the most high-profile assassinations in recent memory.

looked into it, the 'how to' for 3d printed guns is a manual nefarious people make available on the dark web. You use standard parts too that aren't marked with serial numbers for much of the gun

Amazon has 3d printers for around $700 ... no idea if sufficient for this

I still have my suspicions someone helped Mangione a lot

You don't think he could learn enough on the Internet by himself? He didn't need to reinvent the wheel, so to speak. The computer followed the instructions compiled by someone who was knowledgeable.

Loading someone else's compiled instructions is not that hard. He's not making a nuclear reactor.

They seem to believe he did it all himself, so who am I to say otherwise? I agree it *could* be done.

I think they feel obligated to help things chill out when they aren't going to arrest anyone

Supposedly our government is constantly monitoring for threats. Anyone opening their mouth about it might be ID'd should they start bragging or giving obvious hints they know something. I'm not even sure the overall case is closed.

Wonder if good ole' Schmitty considered the incidents in this report, that the DOJ has now tried to censor?

I can't even take this Gandler dude seriously anymore. (OK, to be fair, I never really took him seriously to begin with lol!) This dude STILL falls for the corporate media's fake news hook, line & sinker, which is pathetic. 🤦‍♂️

I see zero evidence that he has any associating with trans ideologies, the whole thing seems to be a red herring.
Quote: Gandler
he certainly does not seem personally active in the trans lifestyle or anything (I guess anything is possible.) But, it just seems like people are using this as an excuse to bash trans and make this into some bizarre conspiracy.
Um, his OWN MOM said that "her son allegedly began having a relationship with his roommate, who is transitioning, and had begun leaning to the left more politically, becoming "more pro-gay and trans-rights oriented"

Quote: Gandler
his parents are definitely Republicans, and he was raised pro-gun and dropped out of college first semester, and is a disgruntled white male, so he seems text book Republican material
See above. He was a libbie lunatic who's politics are closer to YOURS than Charlie Kirk. Good lord man... 🤦‍♂️
