Not even close.

A very good reason is the health of the mother. A pregnant woman, for example, cannot have chemotherapy or radiation for cancer without irrevocably harming her baby. In such cases, abortion is indicated as part of the treatment.

Then there are ectopic pregnancies. These happen when the embryo attaches to something other than the uterus, usually the fallopian tubes. This case is 100% fatal for both the woman and the fetus, and the only rational course of action is abortion. The only alternative is to let the woman die a very painful death, which will do nothing for the survival of the fetus.

That's just for starters. There are many other medical conditions where abortion is either desirable or helpful.

So much you do not know about the Church. There are many times when the Church recognizes actions that need to be done to save the life of the mother that will result in the consequence of the child not surviving. Ectopic pregnancies are one example and mothers undergoing cancer treatment may be another.
