Yahweh wasn't much of a father or god if he let any army scourge his sons back and then nail him to a cross. It would have been a lot more impressive if when the Romans tried that, Yayweh reversed the polls and every Roman was crucified.

A good father would fight to the death to stop that from happening.

What is really delusional is thinking that there is no God. That is a foundational delusional that effects everything. If it was a crapshoot, if death was a not
guarantee of anything, that would change
everything. But the myth says it was a
done deal, the outcome was known
in advance. It's kinda like running a
