It certainly wasn't a bad day. Comey said exactly what Trump said, he told him on three occasions that he wasn't under investigation. Krauthammer said two days ago not to be surprised if Comey lays a big fat egg with all of this. Wait and see. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I don't think it is a "Nothing Burger" as EB does, but they are having a hard time finding anything beyond lies in the Comey testimony. Don't get me wrong; lies are not good. The President should not lie, but most of them have. This one way more than I like. That being said, nothing criminal or impeachable found yet. Hours and hours of conjecture on cable and regular TV speculating on all of that and they've got nothing along the line of what they wanted. Stuff that is not good, to be sure, but not what they wanted to hear. |
