This is a prime example of what happens when religous laws and social conservatism dominate a country.

This is also a prime example of why U.S. and coalition forces need to make a more serious effort in prodding countries in the right direction.

So, you want to kill people so they don't kill people?

This is hilarious!
So we're gonna have unisex bathrooms because it was on a fictional TV show?? LOL! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

They used to have two grips to open the doors on Star Trek, now self opening doors are so common we have warning decals for doors that do not open automatically. Alot of things exist in fiction and then an inventor asks himself 'why not?' i've used a both sexes bathroom but it was at an Arts Conservatory and actors/actresses tend not to care about that sort of stuff too much.

Unisex bathrooms are getting very common. Generally they are single room.

Exactly Star Trek was also criticized for having a white and black person kiss (based on the age ranges, quite possibly by some of the same people on here)....

Science Fiction often predicts the future....

Gender neutral is the future. We are all equal and need to be held to the same standard.

On paper that sounds great, in
reality it's hogwash. We are
not all equal in anything except
we're all humans. Some of us
are leaders, some will always
be followers. Some can run
a marathon, some can barely
make it to kitchen from the
couch. Need I go on?

We should all be treated equally
under the law, but being rich
will always get you special
treatment. For everything. Is that
fair? I don't want it to be fair,
what's the point of being rich, then.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Yep, the "We are all equal..." line is exactly what I'd expect from someone in their 20's. 🙄

I agree. But men are men, restricting rights based on sexual orientation is wrong.

You are right there are differences between gay men just like differences between straight men.

Yes being treated equally under the law is all the gay rights movement wants. Of course rich people will always get away with more, but this is about a whole class of people being treated equally.

And, I think the Supreme Court made the right choice about protecting workers from discrimations based on sexual orientation.
